It is important for an Alternate Payee to consult with a tax professional before making any transfers or withdrawals, in order to be fully informed as to any potential tax consequences arising from either the timing or nature of the transfer or withdrawal. I have tried calling and I have submitted the complaint to their customer service with absolutely no response or resolution. I paid the bill that had continued to increase so that it would not go on my credit but tried to dispute it with the agent. I found out services was still on in October of 2022! I called AGAIN to cancel service. When I realized that the electricity was still on in the apartment in my name, I called again to cancel service. I was not notified by the new owner and the bills apparently continued to be mailed to the apartment. The main house account was cancelled, but the apartment was not. We sold the house in 2021, I called to cancel both accounts. I had 2 residential accounts set up with them at the same location.
