I paid the bill that had continued to increase so that it would not go on my credit but tried to dispute it with the agent. I found out services was still on in October of 2022! I called AGAIN to cancel service. When I realized that the electricity was still on in the apartment in my name, I called again to cancel service. I was not notified by the new owner and the bills apparently continued to be mailed to the apartment. The main house account was cancelled, but the apartment was not. We sold the house in 2021, I called to cancel both accounts. I had 2 residential accounts set up with them at the same location.
